Surah Ar-Ra'd, (13:27-28)
1. Away from hectic life. Away from noisy city. Away from concrete jungle (well, there are some concretes there though). But being in a true village setting in Kampung Sungai Parit Penghulu in Malacca, the only thing we should not (and could not) be away with, is the remembrance of Allah. As only with the remembrance of Allah, do the hearts find satisfaction, not the 'vacation' itself.
2. I ain't gonna write a long post here, but will let you enjoy the video below. It was one of the activities we did during the homestay i.e river cruise. It's not only the cruising part, but something beautiful I experienced during the 'water trip' that features the most part of the video. Right, the girls sure have better stories to tell when it comes to river cruise haha (gelak angel =p). Huh? No, I'm not gonna tell you what. Ask the girls ;-)

3. To conclude, I'd like to recommend all of you to spend some time travelling to (and staying) in cool places like the above. You'll appreciate life more being near to nature and in this kind of environment. It was superawesome alhamdulillah. Congrates to my Explorace teammates. You guys batu! Eh, sorry, I mean, you guys ROCKS!! hehe =p

P/S: Kg Parit Penghulu Homestay is one of the best in Malacca. They are currently holding the three-consecutive-year champion title of all the homestay places in the state. At least that was what they told me ;-)
